We try to make it as easy as possible to get the outsourcing help you need - but we understand you may still have outsourcing questions or you may have an outsourcing problem we're not immediately available to address.

NOTE: We do not keep normal business hours, however you can expect to hear from us Monday through Sunday from about noon to 10 p.m. Pacific Time.
Rentacoder Buyers
As stated in Rentacoder’s terms of service, our RAC clients may not contact us outside of the Rentacoder website. Doing so may risk the integrity of the outsourcing contract that we agreed to and place outsourcing projects in jeopardy. If you need to send us a message, send it through the Rentacoder website only.
Log into your Rentacoder account and select the outsourcing project that you awarded us. Look for the Contact Info link in Rentacoder’s Short Cuts menu. Click it and then either email us from the resulting link, or call us at the supplied phone number. Our phone number is made available after Rentacoder receives your escrow payment of $500 or higher. Our email address is made available immediately independent of job cost.
Sending email through Rentacoder will relay your message directly to our inbox and copy all communication to Rentacoder’s Private Messages board. When we respond, our communication is copied to Rentacoder’s forum as well.
Note that we do not participate in instant messaging. All written messaging between Outsource2Documaker and our clients take place through Rentacoder’s website to protect us in case of a dispute.

Fax
If you’re directed to send us a fax, you may do so at (253) 595-0700. Note that email makes faxing pretty much obsolete. Only use this option if you cannot send requested documents through email or though our designated FTP site.
Phone
This option is not available for non-clients. As stated above, our phone number is made available only to our Rentacoder clients for jobs valued at $500 or higher.
