How To Use This Website

The DocuMaker Communication Solutions website is a front-end interface for back-end outsourcing services. Although the website’s design is pretty straight forward, we understand the need to integrate it into part of your outsourcing plans. We have therefore coded specific areas of the website to interactively respond to your queries in real time, and turn your PC, desktop, or web browser into an electronic telephone, in-out board, work order sheet, and more.

First Step

If you’re new to DCS (DocuMaker Communication Solutions), we strongly recommend that you sign up with the Rentacoder payment processor that we use (http://www.rentacoder.com) before you outsource a task to us. This will eliminate any future frustration you may encounter and it will make later purchases easier.

Second Step

After you’ve become a registered Rentacoder user (”buyer”), you can return to DCS (http://www.outsource2documaker.com) and click a task that you’d like us to perform (copywriting, software development, etc.). Be sure that you can see the main services we provide listed on the left side of the screen. To see additional services, click the “More…” link at the bottom.

Third Step

After you’ve selected a task, use the Fee Schedule & Basic Rate form — located near the bottom of each service page — to get a rough idea of the costs involved.

Fourth Step

Click the “Outsource Your Task Here…” link to pay for your service through Rentacoder. The Rentacoder website has its own set of rules and regulations, so be sure to read through them before hiring us. Many of our own practices are subject to Rentacoder’s business methods.
