Why The Outsourcing Stops Here

Having dutifully served the B2B community for a couple of years now, we’ve noticed that a growing number of outsourcing service providers outsource the work that they’ve been hired to do themselves. Based solely on the advantages of outsourcing, this trend doesn’t seem too far out of place. After all, the business that outsources is the business that produces ‘more’ for ‘less.’ But we have a few issues with this trend because at some point, we can lose perspective of who’s doing the outsourcing and who’s doing the actual work. As a result, we can also lose perspective of responsibility and quality.
